I keep reading these posting about visualizing who you want to be - being that person - transcending all issues and just being that person. How does that fit in with who you are today.

You may not like the person you are today, you may be struggling, even hating yourself and your circumstances. The list could go on, and it would describe your dissatisfaction with things around you. I have yet to meet anyone who is satisfied 100% of the time.

Spiritual evolution is about experience and it is messy!

When you sit upon the mountain top looking down upon the scurrying humans, trying to get through their day - you are really missing the point.

When you insulate yourself from the mundane, the messy middle of living, you loose out on great opportunities to experience the divine in everyone around you.
